Shelby County Health Care Corporation is the 501(c)3 non-profit organization that governs and operates Regional Medical Center at Memphis. This governing body ensures that adequate resources are allocated for the delivery of quality care and service, stewardship and safeguarding the organization’s mission. The governing body is responsible for maintaining quality patient care, and holds the senior leadership team accountable for the provisions of such care and attaining performance goals that improve the health status of the community.
