Maps & Directions

Regional Medical Center is located at 877 Jefferson Avenue in heart of the Memphis medical center.  Depending on your destination once at the hospital, there are public entrances on the Jefferson side of the building and also on the Madison side.  The main entrance is on Jefferson.  The Outpatient Care Center and the Firefighters Regional Burn Center, located in the Turner Tower, may be entered from Madison.

Patient/Visitor Parking

Parking at Regional Medical Center is offered at convenient locations around the campus:

  • The Emergency Parking Lot is located on Jefferson Avenue next to Hospital Drive.
  • The Outpatient Parking Lot is located at the corner of Dunlap and Madison Avenue.
  • The Chandler Lot is located on Dunlap between Madison and Jefferson.
  • The Pauline Parking Garage is located at the corner of Pauline and Jefferson Avenue.

Valet Parking is available on Madison at the Outpatient Care Center at no additional charge.

Parking Fees

Chandler Lot and Pauline Garage:

  • $1 for ½ hour or less
  • $2 for ½ hour to 1 hour
  • $3 for 1 to 2 hour

For patient family members who find themselves in and out of the hospital visiting a loved one, 14-day parking passes are available for $20 in the Pauline Garage.

Emergency and Outpatient Lots:

  • $4 flat fee
  • Outpatient clinic patients can receive reduced rates in the Outpatient lot
