PGY1 Ambulatory Pharmacy Residency Program

Application Requirements

Applicants for the Pharmacy Practice Residency should hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or Master of Science in Hospital Pharmacy degree and should be eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee by October. An on-site interview, academic transcripts, curriculum vitae, application, and three letters of reference are required. Application deadline is January 15.
