PGY1 Residencies

Application Requirements

Applicants for the PGY1 Residency should hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or Master of Science in Hospital Pharmacy degree and should be eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee no later than October. An on-site interview, academic transcripts, curriculum vitae, application and three letters of reference are required. Deadline for application is January 15.
