Therapy begins in the main medical center as soon as your physician prescribes our services. Our rehab team serves all Centers of Excellence and is divided into specialized teams. We work with your physician and nursing team to design a treatment program to educate patients/families, prevent problems that impede medical/functional recovery and prepare patients for discharge. The Rehabilitation Hospital of Memphis (RHM) is a state of the art comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation facility that compliments the well respected Elvis Presley Memorial Trauma Center and Firefighter's Regional Burn Center that have been long standing centers of excellence at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis (THE MED). The Rehabilitation Hospital of Memphis is located within THE MED, which is the teaching hospital of the University of Tennessee Medical School. RHM serves mid-southerners in a five state region including TN, MS, ARK, KY and MO.
RHM is a unique rehabilitation facility specializing in rehabilitating patients who have sustained life threatening traumatic injuries.
